Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days has elapsed it is not possible to return an item.
Exchanges are valid for up to 28 days provided proof of receipt.
Due to COVID19, there are restrictions on items that can be returned. Due to hygiene regulations, underwear/undergarments cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to Texas, William Street, Tullamore, Offaly, Offaly, R35NH56, Ireland. Shipping costs are not covered by Texas nor can be reclaimed unless approved by the company.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not able to be redeemed for cash.
